You are looking at an original vintage New Old Stock 1977 Musitronics MUTRON-III envelope follower purchased by us, M.E.S. Music Equipment Sales Ltd. as an authorized Musitronics Dealer. This Mutron-III was delivered to us in November 1977 and has never been sold.
Accompanying images accurately describe the pedals appearance. I would rate it a conservative 9½ out of 10. Excellent tone from a classic and very rare pedal, especially in this condition. Sounds amazing!

About the Musitronics Mutron-III from Wikipedia:
The Mutron III , as designed by Mike Beigel, was based on a Guild prototype called the Timbre Generator. Beigel said he chose the envelope-controlled filter over other synthesizer elements, such as ring modulation, because it sounded more musical. It was a more general effect that would lend itself to a variety of applications, and it was easy to use.
The Mutron III became an instant success. It was used by many musicians for a variety of instruments, especially guitar, bass and keyboards. Perhaps it is best-known as used on Stevie Wonder's Clavinet for the song "Higher Ground".
